Tickets, invitations and hospitality

Start with the fair’s official public ticket route and confirm the date and entry conditions. Art Basel VIP previews are not included automatically with general admission. Gallery dinners, brand events, satellite fairs and private collections operate their own invitation or ticket arrangements. A claim of “Art Basel access” should identify the precise event, organiser and admission entitlement in writing.

Where to base your stay

Miami Beach suits a fair-focused stay; a mainland base can work for a broader city itinerary but changes the transfer plan. Map the journey to the Convention Center before choosing the hotel. Art-week traffic can make a short distance slow, especially if your dinner is on the other side of the bay.
