Refund Policy for Membership Fees

Thank you for subscribing to our digital member club. We value your choice to use our services and want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our refund policy.


A quick note: A lot of our company resource goes into a new member joining between the membership team, onboarding process and lifestyle & travel concierge so understandably once you join you are considered a member. You can voluntarily join at most points when there is availably so please make an informed decision.


For most members, the membership pays for itself many times over throughout the year. If you have unrealistic expectations please wait until you believe the time is right for you personally and you have full capacity to make use of the service throughout the year. We want to ensure every single one of our members has the best possible experience.


Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your membership anytime. Please note this applies to ongoing membership fees on your current plan (monthly, quarterly, yearly or lifetime). Your concierge access and app access will be removed, you will no longer be a member and will not have any future membership fees due.


No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our service and membership fees, plus the instantaneous nature of digital content delivery and immediate access to the benefits of digital memberships, we do not offer refunds at any time after a purchase is made. Please consider carefully before making your purchase and joining, as all sales are final.


Digital content (aka the member's app and related content) is not covered under consumer rights and you agree to waive this when joining because your right ends once the digital content is downloaded or accessed.


Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Plans: the cancellation policy applies to the billing period you choose e.g. if monthly, you're membership will be cancelled that month, if yearly it will be cancelled that year. No further payments are due after cancellations, but we cannot retrospectively refund as above.

Lifetime Membership Offer: This is a one-time purchase and therefore no active subscription fees are due. This membership offer has no-refund policy attached again due to the work your lifetime managers puts in onboarding you and having your concierge assigned, plus due to the high fees associated with refunding Lifetime Deals from payment gateways, hence refunds are not permitted on these.

Instead, if you wish to test our products before committing to a Lifetime Deal, consider purchasing a 3, 6, or 12-month membership.


Digital Product Access: Upon purchase, you will receive access to our digital products within 24 hours during the working week. This includes all current and any additional content made available during your membership period.

No Returns on Membership fees or Digital Products: As our offerings are entirely digital and accessed instantly, it is not possible to "return" them in any manner. Consequently, we cannot accept returns of digital products once they are made available to you.
